UPSC CSE Prelims 2021 – Speculated Resolution
Based on the current scenario and the previous steps taken by UPSC, it is being assumed that UPSC may postpone the CSE prelims exam 2021 amid the second wave of COVID-19. Although UPSC has not yet made any announcement on the postponement of CSE prelims 2021, the commission has recently postponed some of the tests including interviews of the civil services examination 2020.
It is most likely that UPSC will soon take a decision and provide clarity on whether the exam will be conducted as per the schedule or not. As of now, the CSE prelims exam is scheduled to be held on 27th June 2021 whereas the mains examinations are scheduled to be conducted for five days starting from 17th September 2021. Meanwhile, aspirants are advised to continue with their preparation for the exam to keep the momentum.
