UPCET 2021 Postponed Again, Application Date Extended till 31ST May

New Delhi, 10 May 2021 – As per the latest update, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has decided to postpone the Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Test (UPCET) 2021. However, there is no announcement of the new exam dates yet. Earlier, the examinations were scheduled to be conducted on 15th June 2021.

  • UPCET 2021 examination postponed by the National Testing Agency due to technical disruptions amid COVID-19
  • The application submission date has been extended till 31st May 2021
  • Opportunity to make minor corrections will be provided to the candidates

The examination administered by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University is mainly postponed due to the problems faced by the candidates during the online submission of the application forms. The announcement of the suspension of the exam has been released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in an official notice on their website.

Meanwhile, the NTA has decided to provide the applicants with an opportunity to make minor corrections on their UPCET application form. The correction window will remain open between June 2 and June 8.

How to Apply for UPCET 2021?

Step 1: Visit the official website of UPCET.

Step 2: Click on the registration link for UG or PG programmes

Step 3: Fill in the registration form and submit to generate login credentials

Step 4: Now, login with your credentials and fill the application form 

Step 5: Pay the requisite amount and submit the application

Step 6: Download the payment receipt and the application submission confirmation page for future references

Earlier known as UPSEE, UPCET 2021 is an entrance examination for the candidates seeking admission to different professional UG and PG level courses offered by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Gorakhpur and Harcourt Butler Technical University (HBTU), Kanpur and Lucknow, and Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology (MMMUT).
