The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) is likely to release its provisional NIFT 2021 answer key for the General Ability Test (GAT) on Wednesday, 17th February 2021.
According to various reports, the premier fashion institution will be providing both NIFT 2021 question paper for GAT and the response sheet along with the answer key. This way, candidates will be able to calculate their probable scores by the way of comparing the NIFT answer key with the response sheets.
Once the NIFT answer key 2021 is released, candidates can file objection/s to answers (with supporting documents and fees) they deem incorrectly judged from 17th February till 20th February 2021. To raise objections, candidates would be required to pay a fee of Rs. 500 per question through credit or debit card.
After considering all the objections received on the NIFT Answer Key 2021, the exam authority shall release the final answer key. The final NIFT result 2021 will be released later based on the final answer key.
Note: The NIFT Creative Ability Test (CAT) was conducted on 14th February 2021 from 10 AM to 1 PM. On the same day, the General Ability Test (GAT) was held from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

Steps to Download the NIFT Answer Key 2021
Once the NIFT Answer Key 2021 is released, candidates will be able to download it online. All they need to do is visit the official NIFT website and follow the steps provided below.
- Visit the official website – www.nift.ac.in
- Click on the “Download NIFT answer key 2021” link
- NIFT 2021 answer key (GAT) will be displayed on the screen
- Download the answer key and take the print out of the same for future use
NIFT Answer Key 2021 – What’s Next in Line?
After the National Institute of Fashion Technology releases the final answer key for the NIFT exam 2021 (for GAT), it will announce the NIFT 2021 result for the written test somewhere around February or March 2021. Instead of relying on any other source, candidates are advised to follow the official NIFT platform (website), where the NIFT result will be made available for download.
Only the shortlisted candidates from the NIFT written test 2021 will be deemed eligible to appear for the situation test/ group discussion/ personal interview. If the stages of NIFT exam 2021 continue to take place as per the designated time, the situation test/ group discussion/ personal interview round is expected to be held between April and May in offline mode. Furthermore, the final NIFT result 2021 is expected to be announced by the end of May or the beginning of June.
