UGC NET 2023 Statistics Out, More Than 47,000 Qualify

The National Testing Agency (NTA) declared the UGC NET June 2020 results in online mode on 1st December 2020. NTA conducted the UGC NET June 2020 exams from 24th September 2020 to 13th November 2020 in online mode. More than 8,60,900 candidates registered for the exam out of which only 5,26,707 appeared for the test. NET UGC 2020 was conducted in 225 cities across the country.Β 

After the declaration of the results, NTA released a press release showcasing the result statistics. These statistics indicate how many students qualified the UGC NET 2020 June exam, how many appeared for the exam and how many students applied for the exams.

It is crucial to know for the aspirants that out of the 36138 candidates who applied for JRF & Assistant Professor, the ones who qualified for Assistant professor only, will also be considered eligible for the below mentioned national fellowship:

After the statistics were out for the UGC NET 2020 (June), it was found that a total of 6% students, who appeared for Assistant Professor and JRF, secured qualifying percentile or marks for both the papers. NTA will soon issue certificates to all the qualified candidates.
