CBSE Board Exam 2021 Date Sheet Announced – Check Timetable Here

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released the official date sheet of Class 10 and 12 board examinations today evening at 5 PM. The highly awaited date sheet for both the classes has the detailed time tables, and is now available for download in PDF format on two official websites of CBSE. 

As announced earlier, the Board theory examinations will be conducted between 4th May and 10th June 2021, and the practical exams will commence from 1st March 2021.

While making an announcement regarding the same, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank tweeted, “Dear Students, hereby announcing the much-awaited date-sheet of CBSE board exams of 10 and 12. Please be assured that we have done our best to ensure that these exams go smoothly for you. Wish you good luck!”

Note:

  • The exam duration for each paper has been highlighted in the date sheet.
  • Before the examination begins, answer books would be distributed to candidates between 10.00 AM and 10.15 AM.
  • The question paper will be distributed at 10.15 AM.
  • From 10.15 AM to 10.30 AM (15 minutes), candidates shall read the question paper.
  • The examination will begin at 10.30 AM.
  • The CBSE board examination will take place in offline mode

What did Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Convey in Today’s Webinar?

Besides announcing the release of the date sheet through a LIVE video message, Nishank constantly focused on the point that the main perspective behind creating this date sheet for Class 10 and 12 was to provide students with ample time to prepare for the board examination. 

He also highlighted the introduction of online education within a short span in 2020, inculcating superior academic content, and also appreciated the hard work and efforts of teachers in teaching a multitude of students, without letting their precious time go to waste in the pandemic year.  

Pokhriyal also posted, β€œThe type of work that teachers, students, and their parents have done together is bound to set up an example in front of the world. I wholeheartedly want to convey my best wishes to students and want them to give their examination with a relaxed mindset. As the serious phase pandemic is subsiding, we will ensure that the upcoming examination will go smooth and safe.”
