New Delhi, 17 March 2022 – To avoid any interclash among exam dates, the schedule for different national and state-level exams has been revised. These include the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) CA Foundation exam 2022, Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) Class 12 exam, Telangana Secondary School Certificate (SSC) exam, and Telangana Intermediate (Class 11 & 12) board exam, respectively.
The dates for the CISCE Class 12 exam, Telangana SSC exam, and Telangana Intermediate exams have been revised to avoid a clash with the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) 2022 examination, while the ICAI CA exam has been rescheduled to avoid a clash with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) term-2 and CISCE semester-2 examination.
CISCE Exam Dates Revised Amidst Clash with JEE Main
The Class 12 (ISC) exam schedule was changed because the JEE (Main) exam dates were revised by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on Monday and the new schedule was clashing with a few CISCE examination dates. Due to this, CISCE decided to revise the dates and now the exam will be held from April 26 to June 13.
Note: The revised dates of the JEE (Main) 2022 session-1 are April 21, 24, 25, 29 and May 1 and 4, respectively.
ICAI CA Exam Dates Revised to Avoid Clash with CBSE & CISCE Exams
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has also revised the dates for the CA Foundation May 2022 exam. The CA Foundation exam has been rescheduled to avoid a clash with CBSE term-2 and CISCE semester-2 board exams. The exam will now be conducted on June 24, 26, 28 and 30, respectively.
Telangana SSC and Intermediate (Class 11 & 12) Schedule Revised to Avoid Clash with JEE Main
As the JEE Main exam was rescheduled to be held between April 21 and May 4, the Telangana government has decided to reschedule two of its major papers – namely SSC and Intermediate board exams.
- The SSC exam is rescheduled from 23 May to June 1. The timings of the exam will be from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm.
- The Telangana State Board of Secondary Education (TSBSE) Intermediate exams will now be held from May 6 to May 24, 2022.
