UPSC Main 2023 Exam to be Held from Sept 16, Read Schedule Here

03 August 2022, New Delhi, UPSC Main 2022: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the UPSC Main 2022 exam dates along with a paper-wise exam schedule on its official website: upsc.gov.in. As per the official notification, the UPSC Main exam will start on September 16, 2022 and will continue till September 25, 2022.

All those candidates who have already qualified for the UPSC Preliminary exam 2022 are eligible to sit for the UPSC Main 2022. The UPSC Main will consist of nine papers. These nine subjects are as follows: Compulsory Indian language, English, Essay, General Studies I, General Studies II, General Studies III, General Studies IV, Optional Paper I, and Optional Paper II.ย 

For each paper, a time slot of 3 hours is allotted. The exam will be descriptive in nature and be the most crucial stage in determining a candidateโ€™s selection.
