Maharashtra Board Exams 2021 Update

Almost 30 lakh SSC and HSC students in Maharashtra are eagerly anticipating a final plan of action regarding the pending internal evaluation as well as HSC’s theory exam. While the state government has already cancelled the theory exam for SSC students, the internal evaluation strategy is yet to be released. As per a media source, a final decision on the evaluation plan for Maharashtra Board SSC students is likely to be declared within a week’s time from now.Β 

In the meanwhile, the Bombay High Court on Thursday (20 May 2021) has expressed its dissent on cancelling the SSC exams in Maharashtra. A bench of justices Shahrukh Kathawalla and Surendra Tawade questioned the discrimination in holding the HSC exams for 14 lakh students and not SSC exams for 16 lakh students. Government pleader Priyabhushan Kakade stated in front of the court that the State is anticipating suggestions from the State Council of Educational Research and Training in a week after which it will come up with a formula.

Rajasthan Board Exams 2021 Update

Rajasthan State Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasara stated in a recent conversation with the media that the Rajasthan Board Class 10 and 12 exams are postponed till June 6. He noted that if the COVID situation in the state gets better by that date, a proper decision on conducting the board examination will be taken.Β 

Madhya Pradesh Board Exams 2021 Update

The Madhya Pradesh School Education department has cancelled the MP Board Class 10 board exams 2021. The Class 10 state board students will be assessed on the basis of their mid-term exams or pre-boards, unit tests, and internal assessment. On the other hand, the MP Class 12 board exams have been postponed till further notice, and the new schedule will be declared once the COVID-19 situation in the state improves. In a tweet posted by the School Education Department of MP, it has been stated that the Class 12 board candidates will be informed about the exam dates at least 20 days in advance.Β 

Karnataka Board Exams 2021 Update

The Karnataka government has postponed the Karnataka Class 10 as well as the 2nd PUC or Class 12 board exams 2021, and the new dates will be announced much in advance. At the same time, the 1st PUC or Class 11 exams have been cancelled, and the students will be promoted to the next class indiscriminately.Β
