The Railway Recruitment Board has released the sixth phase of the RRB NTPC admit card for CBT 1st Stage on its official website. The 6th phase of RRB NTPC Exam (CBT 1) will be conducted on 1st, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th April 2021 . RRBs have also activated the link to view RRB NTPC exam date, city intimation slip, mock test and downloading of free travelling authority for SC/ST candidates.
As per the updated notification, Exam Conducting Agency (ECA) of Indian Railway is conducting the RRB NTPC 2019-20. ECA will handle all the exam-related activities such as generating admit cards before the exam, deciding venues and providing candidates all the technical, operational and various other support during the RRB NTPC exam.
RRB NTPC admit card 2021 will be available on all the 21 regional websites of RRB. Candidates have been notified about the RRB NTPC exam 2021 online admit card (e-call letter) through SMS and email.
Candidates have to visit the RRB NTPC official website and enter their respective User IDs (registration number) and password (date of birth) to download their respective RRB NTPC admit cards. It is compulsory to carry the RRB NTPC admit card on the day of the exam to gain entry inside the exam hall. Along with the admit card, candidates must carry a valid photo ID, 2 passport size coloured photographs, sanitiser, gloves and mask to the examination hall.

- 20th March 2021 – RRB NTPC admit cards have been released for sixth phase of CBT 1 exam
- 20th March 2021 – The 5th phase of RRB NTPC 2020 CBT 1 exam will be conducted on March 21 in Bhopal, Indore and Jabalpur of Madhya Pradesh amid lockdown.
- 26th February 2021 – Over 90 lakh candidates had appeared for RRB NTPC CBT 1 exam
- 23rd February 2021 – RRB NTPC 2020-21 CBT 1 exam dates for the fifth phase has been announced for 19 lakh candidates.

- 8th December 2020 – RRB NTPC admit cards are expected to release next week.
- 19th Oct. 2020 – NTPC on behalf of RRB announced that the admit card will be issued 15 days before the exam.
- Provisionally eligible candidates will be getting their RRB NTPC admit card 4 days before the exam (around 11th December 2020).
- RRB NTPC Exam Date, Shift Timing and Exam Center will be announced 8 days before RRB NTPC exam.
- RRB NTPC application status will be announced on 21st September 2020.
- Online window to check the RRB NTPC application status will be opened till 30th September 2020.
RRB NTPC Admit Card – Key Highlights
- Candidates applying for RRB NTPC exam 2019-20 will be sent notifications regarding the RRB NTPC admit card on their registered contact numbers. RRB NTPC notification 2020 will be sent as SMS.
- RRB will not send postal admit cards/call letters to candidates.
- Candidates must keep checking the official RRB website for regular updates.
- Railway Recruitment Board will not bear responsibility if any candidate/s does not receive any important notification via email or SMS.
- Separate RRB NTPC admit cards will be issued for different stages of RRB NTPC exam. Simply put, candidates will have separate admit cards for CBT 1, CBT 2, Typing Test and Physical Test. Candidates who qualify the CBT 1 exam will not be able to join the CBT 2 exam using RRB NTPC admit card for CBT 1.

RRB NTPC Admit Card – Step-by-Step Downloading Process
For RRB NTPC CBT 1 exam, the admit cards will be issued via online medium. Candidates would be able to download the admit cards by visiting the official RRB website (http://www.indianrailways.gov.in.). Candidates who have met the RRB NTPC 2020-21 eligibility criteria, completed the application procedure and paid the RRB NTPC application fees will be able to download their RRB NTPC admit card 20201
Candidates can download their RRB NTPC admit card online by following the steps mentioned below:
Step 1 – Visit the official RRB website (http://www.indianrailways.gov.in) or the respective RRB websites (mentioned below in the article).
Step 2 – When the Homepage opens, click on the link provided for RRB NTPC call letter (admit card)
Step 3 – Select the respective RRB Region
Step 4 – Enter these details:
- Registration Number/RRB NTPC Login ID
- Date of Birth/Password
- Captcha code (If specified)
Step 5 –Click on ‘Submit’
Step 6 – RRB NTPC Admit Card 2021 will be displayed on the screen. Download the RRB NTPC admit card and take a couple of printouts of the same.

RRB NTPC admit card will be available in 2 parts. One will be the candidate’s copy and the other, RRB’s copy. The invigilator present in the examination hall will check the candidate’s copy and take the RRB copy. The admit card will have a barcode for verification purpose as well as the google link for locating RRB NTPC exam centres.

How to Download the Admit Card if a Candidate Forgets the Registration Number?

Which Photo ID Proofs are Allowed on the Exam Day?
Along with the admit card, candidates need to carry any one of the below-mentioned Photo ID Cards to the RRB NTPC exam hall. Please note that the photo ID proof must be valid and original (xerox copies are not allowed).

RRB NTPC Admit Card – Exam Day Instructions
While appearing for the RRB NTPC exam, candidates must remember a few points:
- Report to the examination hall at least an hour before the examination starts.
- Carry the admit card without fail.
- Do not bring xeroxed admit cards as examination authority will scan the admit card through the barcode present in the original admit card.
- Duplicate admit cards would not be issued at the examination centres if the original admit card is torn or lost by a candidate.
- Tampering of the admit card automatically disqualifies the candidate from sitting for the exam.
- The admit card has to be presented to the invigilator on the day of the entrance exam.
- Read the instructions in the admit card before starting the online examination or computer-based test.
- Preserve the admit card until the final admission.
- Remove any unwanted things from your pocket before entering the examination hall
- Candidates should not have any markings in any of their visible body parts.

RRB NTPC Admit Card – FAQs
When will I get my RRB NTPC admit card 2021?
The RRB NTPC admit card has already released at the official website on 22nd March 2021.
Will I get the hard copy of the admit card?
No. RRB will not send the hard copy of the admit card to candidates by post. Candidates are required to download their respective admit cards from the official RRB NTPC official websites.
What if there are discrepancies in RRB NTPC admit card?
Candidates should immediately contact the Railway examination authority to rectify any discrepancies in the admit card. All the helpline numbers are given in the article above.
Will the candidates appearing for class 12th be issued RRB NTPC Admit Card?
No. Candidates appearing for class 12th are not eligible for RRB NTPC exam. Only Class 12 pass out candidates can apply for the RRB NTPC exam.
Can I carry a photocopy of my photo ID card with the RRB NTPC admit card on the exam day?
No. The candidates must carry any one valid, original photo ID card to the examination hall.
