MSME Recruitment 2022 – General Manager Posts Details

MSME Recruitment 2022 – For General Engineering Sector

Essential qualification	Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Production/ Industrial Engineering/ Mechatronics or equivalent) from a recognized university or institution.
Desirable qualification	Post graduation in Engineering, Technology, and Management from a recognized institution.
Experience	10 years in the Production/ Training Department of Tool Room/ Minimum 07 years in a responsible Technical/Management position.
Pay scale	Rs. 37,400 – Rs. 67,000
Method of recruitment	Direct recruitment on contract basis for 5 years.  Extensions can be made till retirement subject to review of performance
Age limit	45 years (5 years relaxation for SC/ST/Internal and 3 years for OBC).

MSME Recruitment 2022 – For Deputy General Manager 

Essential qualification	Degree in Electronics/ Communication/ Electrical with specialization in Electronics/ Computer Science/ Computer Application or equivalent from a recognized institution or university.
Desirable qualification	Post graduate in Engineering/ Finance/ Technology/ Management from a recognized institution or university.
Experience	10 years relevant experience in application/ production at the executive level in a recognized institution/ engineering organization of repute.
Pay scale	Rs. 37,400- 67,000
Method of recruitment	Direct recruitment on contract basis for 5 years.  Extensions can be made till retirement subject to review of performance

Qualification	Post graduate in any field with at least 15 years of work experience in government offices. The candidates must have worked not below the rank of ‘Under Secretary’ with at least 6 years of experience in Cadre Implementation Activities.
