New Delhi, 12 September 2022: The University of Delhi has launched the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal on September 12, 2022, for the DU UG admissions 2022. Interested candidates can apply to colleges affiliated with the University of Delhi by registering on the official website โ€” admission.uod.ac.in.

Note:

  • The Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal was expected to launch by the last week of August 2022. However, due to a delay in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) result, the launch got delayed.
  • The Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal will remain open for 21 days till October 3, 2022.
  • Delhi University will be admitting students this year through the CUET UG 2022 scores.
  • The National Testing Agency (NTA) is all set to release the CUET UG 2022 result by September 15, 2022.

DU UG Admissions 2022 – Phases

  • Through the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal, DU UG admissions will be conducted in the following three phases:
    1. Submission of the CSAS 2022 application form.
    2. Selection of programs and filling of preferences followed by seat allocation.
    3. Admission into the selected course.
  • In the first phase, the candidates are required to fill out the CSAS 2022 application form through the online portal.
  • In the second phase, the candidates are required to select the programme in which they want to secure admission. This phase can only take place after the announcement of the CUET UG 2022 results.
  • After the announcement of the CUET UG 2022 scores, the candidates are required to confirm the program-specific CUET UG 2022 merit scores.

DU UG Admissions 2022 – Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must have passed Class 12 from any recognised school board or obtained an equivalent qualification recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).ย
