DU LLB Answer Key – Dates, How to Check, Score Calculation

National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the DU LLB answer key within a week of conducting DUET (Delhi University Entrance Test). Candidates can check the answer key for DU LLB by visiting the official website (du.ac.in). The answer key is released in two phases – provisional (interim answer key) and the final answer key. Examinees can raise challenges against the DU LLB interim answer key. On the other hand, the final answer key is released after considering all the challenges and executing needful rectifications (if any).

2. The answer key for DU LLB entrance test will be released on Delhi University’s website.

How to Download DU LLB Answer Key 2020?

Candidates need to follow the steps furnished below to download the DU LLB answer key:

Step 1 – Visit the official website of Delhi University at du.ac.in

Step 2 – Enter your login credentials (application form number and date of birth)

Step 3 – Click on the ‘Login’ button

Step 4 – Candidates will be able to view three links stating:

• Download Interim Answer Key
• Add Objection
• Download Response Sheet

DU LLB Response Sheet 2020

Candidates can see their  response for each answer given in the DU LLB entrance test in the response sheet. DU LLB response sheet is much needed along with the answer key for precise score calculation. NTA will release the DU LLB response sheet too at du.ac.in.

How to Download DU LLB Response Sheet?

Candidates have to follow the first three steps as mentioned above in the answer key downloading process. In the 4th step, instead of clicking ‘Download Answer Key’, they need to choose ‘Download Response Sheet’. The response sheet can be downloaded in a PDF format.  

DU LLB Answer Key – Calculating Probable Score

Candidates will require the following prerequisites while calculating their probable score in DU LLB entrance test:

1. DU LLB Response sheet
2. DU LLB Marking Scheme
3. DU LLB Answer Key

DU LLB Marking Scheme – NTA considers the following marking scheme for evaluating the score of the examinee.

Nature of Response	Marks
Correct response	(+) 4
Incorrect response	(–) 1
Unattempted questions	No marks awarded or deducted

As per the marking scheme, candidates need to use the below-mentioned formula to evaluate their score in the DU LLB entrance test. 

DU LLB Entrance Test Score = (Number of correct answers X 4) – (Number of incorrect answers X 1)

DU LLB Answer Key – Raising Objections 

There can be instances when candidates might come across the wrong answers (as per their knowledge) in the DU LLB interim/provisional answer key. In such cases, NTA allows candidates to submit an objection form to file their objections. 

DU LLB Answer Key Objection Submission Process 

1. After entering the login dashboard, click on ‘Add Objection’
2. The objection form appears on the screen 
3. Enter your relevant details* in the objection form
4. Add remarks for the objection you are filing
5. Upload reference file in support of your claim
6. Click on ‘Add Objection’ button
7. Pay the challenge fee using Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card

*Candidates need to enter the following details in the DU LLB objection form:

1. Subject from the drop-down menu (DU LLB)
2. Question ID 
3. Objection ID
4. Nature of Objection – Candidates have to choose any of the following options (for every answer) from the drop-down menu:

• • All four answer options are incorrect
  • Answer option in the interim answer key is incorrect
  • Given question is incomplete or wrong
  • More than one correct answer options
  • Others

Note – NTA levies a fee of Rs 200 per objection that the candidates need to pay to submit their challenge(s) successfully.    

DU LLB Final Answer Key

After in-depth consideration over the challenges made by the candidates, NTA makes necessary changes in the answer key (if any objection(s) is/are found legitimate). Afterwards, the final answer key of DU LLB entrance test is released on the official website of Delhi University. No objections are applicable after the release of the final answer key.
