AILET Exam Pattern 2020 (LLM)

The AILET LLM question paper comprises 150 multiple choice questions from the following subjects: 

  1. Criminal Law 
  2. Constitutional Law 
  3. Law of Contract 
  4. Jurisprudence 
  5. Law of Tort
  6. International Law

NLU, Delhi hasn’t defined any sectional breakup as to  how many questions shall be asked from which subject. Hence, each of the subjects stated above holds equal importance during the AILET LLM preparation.

AILET Exam Pattern 2020 (PhD)

There shall be 100 questions (MCQs) in AILET PhD question paper as per the exam pattern. As per the AILET PhD paper pattern, 50% of the questions belong to Research Methodology and rest 50% are from varied topics.

No. National Law University has not modified the AILET exam pattern 2020. The paper pattern of AILET 2020 will be similar to the previous years.

✔️ I have applied for AILET LLM 2020. What sections do I need to prepare for?

The AILET LLM question paper consists of questions from different subjects like Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Law of Contract, Jurisprudence, Law of Tort and International Law. You need to prepare accordingly.

✔️ What is the duration of AILET 2020?

The examinees shall be given 90 minutes i.e. 1.5 hours to complete the AILET question paper. You need to be exceptionally good at time management to cover maximum questions accurately in AILET 2020.

✔️ How many questions will be there in the AILET BA LLB question paper?

The BA LLB question paper of AILET will comprise 150 questions segregated in five sections - English,General Knowledge, Legal Aptitude, Reasoning, and Elementary Mathematics.
