New Delhi, 07 January, 2022: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has released an important notice regarding the postponement of the IGNOU December Term-End Examinations (TEE) 2021. As per the notice, the term-end examinations have been postponed due to the sudden outburst and infectious growth of the new variant of coronavirus – Omicron. The TEE exams, which were supposed to be conducted from 20 January to 23 February 2022, have been postponed till future notice.
The exam authority has announced that the next schedule for the IGNOU December TEE 2021 will be released on the official website at least 15 days before the commencement of the exams. Candidates are advised to keep visiting the official portal of IGNOU for the latest updates.
Note: Earlier, IGNOU had extended the deadline for filling up the December TEE 2021 exam application forms. The revised hall ticket for the same will be released in due course of time once there is a decrease in COVID-19 cases.
IGNOU TEE December 2021: Assignment Submission Date Extension
With the postponement of term-end examinations, the date of assignment submission for Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) Term- End Examinations (TEE) December 2021 has also been extended till 15 January, 2022. It is for the third time that IGNOU has extended the assignment submission date.
These assignments include the following:
- Online/offline submission of assignments’ soft copies through email,
- Physical submissions of assignments in-person for all the programmes,
- Online/offline submissions of project reports, dissertations, internship, and field work journal for all the programmes.
