New Delhi, 07 March 2022: Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released new dates for the UPPSC PCS Mains 2021-22 exam. Initially, UPPSC PCS Mains 2021 was to be held by January 28 to 31, 2022. However, the exam got postponed due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
As per the new official notice issued by the UPPSC at uppsc.up.nic.in, the exam is now to be held from March 23, 2022 to March 27, 2022. Candidates must note that UPPSC PCS Mains 2021-22 exam will be held in three distinct locations, including Lucknow, Ghaziabad, and Prayagraj.

ย UPPSC 2021-22 Timings
As per the latest UPPSC PCS Mains 2021-22 exam notice, the exam will be conducted in two shifts. The first shift is scheduled to be held from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm while the second shift is scheduled to start from 2:00 pm and will go on till 5:00 pm.
Note: In case of unforeseen circumstances, changes can be expected in the given examination schedule.
UPPSC 2021-22 Detailed Schedule
- According to the official UPPSC PCS 2021-22 exam schedule, on March 23, the General Hindi exam will be conducted in the first shift and the essay exam is to be held in the second shift.ย
- On March 24, the General Studies I exam will be held in the first shift while the General Studies II exam is scheduled to be conducted in the second shift.ย
- Similarly, on March 25, the General Studies III exam will be conducted in the first shift and the General Studies IV exam is scheduled to be held in the second shift.ย
- Thereafter, on March 27, paper of an elective subject is to be conducted in the first shift while the second paper is to be held in the second shift.
