UGC-NET JRF 2022 – Validity Extended Up To 4 Yearsย
As per the official tweet, the decision was taken in consideration of the challenges faced by the scholars during the COVID-19 pandemic. This information has been shared by the UGC Chairman, M. Jagadesh Kumar, on his official twitter handle.ย
UGC-NET JRF – Previously
UGC-NET for December 2020 and June 2021 cycles was conducted jointly by the National Testing Agency (NTA) between 20 November 2021 and 5 January 2022. The decision to conduct both the cycles together was made in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. About 12 lakh candidates registered for the UGC-NET examination during that cycle.ย
Note: The UGC-NET examination was conducted to administer 81 different subjects at 837 examination centres spread over 239 cities across the country.
