The State Bank of India declared the result of its Preliminary Officers (PO) Main examination on Tuesday evening, 16th February 2021.Â
Candidates who have appeared for SBI PO 2021 Main examination on 29th January 2021, will be able to download their SBI PO result by logging into the SBI Career website using their registration number/roll number and date of birth.Â
The result sheet contains the roll number of the selected candidates. Candidates who have appeared for the SBI PO 2021 Main exam will also be able to see their merit cards in PDF format.

Candidates need to follow the below-mentioned steps carefully to download the SBI PO Main result 2021.
1. Visit the official website of SBI – www.sbi.co.inÂ
2. Click on the Careers option available on the homepage (top right corner)
3. Click on the SBI PO 2020 Main result link
4. The SBI PO prelims result will be displayed on the screen
5. Finally, download the result and save it for future reference
All the candidates who have been shortlisted in SBI PO Main result 2021 will move ahead to the GE and interview round. SBI will release the admit card 2021 for the candidates shortlisted for the interview round. The details will be provided to the candidates through SMS and email. Only after the completion of further rounds, the selected candidates will be provided with the final allotment letter.
The SBI PO interview round will be conducted to test the candidates’ basic knowledge of the subjects. Furthermore, they will be asked questions based on general awareness to check their proficiency in matters underlining the current situation in the country.Â
The Interview round is the final step in the selection process of picking out eligible candidates for the post of PO in multiple public sector banks. Candidates should take note that the Group Exercises and Interview round will be conducted by the end of February or the beginning of March 2021.
SBI PO Main result 2021 should not be mistaken as the final result. After considering the collective score of the SBI PO Mains Exam 2021 and the Interview round, SBI will declare the final result of the Probationary Officer exam 2021. A merit list will be prepared and only those candidates who can make it to the merit list will be offered the appointment letter by the Bank of their preference. Candidates should take note that the SBI PO 2020-21 final result shall be declared in the last week of March 2021.
