  1. State Bank of India has the sole authority to determine and release the SBI Clerk 2021 cutoff 
  2. SBI releases the cutoff for both the rounds (Prelims and Mains) separately
  3. SBI takes multiple factors into account while determining the SBI Clerk cutoff
  4. Candidates who fail to meet the cutoff score for any of the SBI Clerk written exams will be ineligible for  participation in further rounds of the recruitment process 
  5. The final merit list is prepared considering the performance of the candidate in the Mains exam. However, qualifying the SBI Clerk cutoff for Prelims is mandatory to appear for the Mains examination.

SBI Clerk Cutoff – Preliminary Examination

The cutoff for SBI Clerk Preliminary exam 2021 will have the following features: 

  1. Candidates can check the cutoff for SBI Clerk Preliminary examination along with the result.
  2. The score of the last shortlisted candidate will be treated as the SBI Clerk cutoff score for Preliminary exam
  3. There will be no sectional cutoff for SBI Clerk 2021 (Prelims)
  4. Candidates meeting the SBI Clerk Prelims cutoff score as per their category will be eligible to take the Mains exam.
  5. Marks of candidates in the Preliminary exam of SBI Clerk are not considered for the final merit list preparation.

SBI Clerk Cutoff – Mains Examination

The cutoff for SBI Clerk Mains exam 2021 will have the following features:

  1. Candidates can check the SBI clerk 2021 cutoff for Mains examination along with its result at www.sbi.co.in/careers
  2. The candidates who qualify as per the cutoff for SBI Clerk Mains exam will be a part of the final merit list. These candidates will then be provisionally selected to fill vacancies to the post of Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales) in the State Bank of India..

SBI also prepares a waitlist that comprises the names of the candidates who cannot make place in the final merit list. Candidates who are a part of the waitlist are considered for selection (as per waitlist merit) if any of the selected candidates (from the same batch) deny to join or resign from their post(s).
