NHM Punjab Recruitment 2023 – Registration Begins For 779 Posts

14 July 2022, NEW DELHI, NHM Punjab Recruitment 2022: The National Health Mission (NHM) Punjab has announced 779 vacancies for the posts of Community Health Officer (CHO), Medical Officer (MO), Clinical Assistants, and Pharmacists. Notifications have been released on the official website of the National Health Mission: nhm.punjab.gov.in.Β 

The application process for these posts will take place between July 11, 2022 and July 25, 2022. Meanwhile, examinations for all posts will be held between July 27, 2022 and August 8, 2022. The age limit for CHO is between 18 and 37 years, for MO it is up to 64 years, and for the posts of pharmacists and clinical assistants it will be up to 37 years.

NHM Punjab Recruitment 2022 – Educational Qualification

Community Health Officer

  • Candidates must have a B.Sc in Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc in Nursing with an integrated β€˜Bridge Programme of Certificate in Community Health’ course from a recognised university.Β 

Or

  • Candidates must also have a B.Sc Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing degree and 6 months of experience course of β€˜Certificate in Community Health’ from a recognised university.Β 

Or

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from a recognised institute and be registered on the State or Central Register of Ayurveda with a 6 month β€˜Certificate in Community Health’ course from a recognised university.Β 

Note: Candidates should be registered with the Punjab Nursing Registration Council.

Medical Officer

  • Candidates must possess an MBBS degree from a UGC-recognised university, which is also recognised by the Medical Council of India.
  • Candidates must have registered with the Punjab Medical Council or Medical Council of India.
  • Candidates must have passed Punjabi as a language subject in high school.

Pharmacist

  • Candidates must possess a Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised college or university.
  • Candidates must be registered as practising pharmacists with the Punjab Pharmacy Council.
  • Candidates must have passed Punjabi as a language subject in high school.

Clinical Assistant

  • Candidates must have passed Class 12th grade in science from a recognised board.
  • Candidates must hold a β€˜Multi-Purpose Health Worker’ diploma from a recognised college or university.
  • Candidates must be registered as β€˜Multipurpose Health Workers’ with the Punjab Nursing Registration Council.
  • Candidates must have passed Punjabi as a language subject in high school.
