New Delhi, 2 June 2022: The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Postgraduate 2022 (NEET PG 2022) result was released on 1 June 2022 by the National Board of Examination (NBE) and Dr. Shagun Batra has bagged AIR-1 rank in her maiden attempt with a score of 705/800. The second and the third ranks have been acquired by Dr. Joseph and Dr. Harshita with the respective scores of 699/800 and 696/800.
Note:
- The NEET PG 2022 examination was conducted on 21 May at 849 centers.
- A total of 1,82,318 candidates had appeared for the exam.
- There were 200 multiple choice questions in the NEET PG 2022 question paper.
- The candidates got 3 hours and 30 minutes to attempt the paper.
- Candidates can check the NEET PG 2022 result on the official website. The NEET PG 2022 individual scorecards will be available for download from June 8.
NEET PG 2022 Result – Details
- The NEET PG 2022 results can be downloaded in PDF format where the roll number, rank, and marks of the candidates who qualified for the NEET PG 2022 exam can be seen.
- After qualifying for the NEET PG 2022 exam, candidates are required to go through the NEET PG 2022 counseling process, which will be held by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
- The NEET PG counseling 2022 schedule will be announced by MCC soon on the official website.

- The candidates are required to visit the official website.
- Then, they are required to click on the “NEET PG” link followed by navigating to the “Results” tab.
- Then, the NEET-PG 2022 result PDF will open.
- Lastly, the candidates are required to save and download it for future reference.

NEET PG Result 2022 – Shagun Batra, First Rank Holder
- Dr. Shagun Batra topped the NEET PG 2022 examination in her first attempt. She has recently completed her internship.
- In one of her interviews, Dr. Batra stated that she was always in favor of the repeated protests and filed petitions regarding the NEET exam. However, she chose to stay away from all the distractions. Instead, she kept herself away from such news or social media, and completely focused on her studies.
- She has completed her MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi.
- She started preparing for the NEET PG 2022 exam when she was pursuing her third year of the undergraduate course.
