6. Qualifying candidates in NEET 2020 from all over the country will be eligible for admissions under the AIQ Quota, provided they obtain an eligible NEET All India Rank and NEET score.
Important Update– On 3rd July 2020, MHRD Minister Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal announced that the NEET 2020 will be conducted on 13th September 2020, the exam was previously scheduled to be held on 26th July 2020.
NEET Cutoff for Bihar MBBS – State Quota (85% seats)
Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board will release the cutoffs for the state quota for as many as 782 medical seats in top government colleges of Bihar. The cutoffs will be separately released for various participating categories like SC, ST, EBC, BC and RCG. Only the ‘domiciles’ of Bihar will be eligible for admissions under the category, provided they secure eligible state rank and score in NEET 2020. Candidates must note that the total number of MBBS and BDS seats in the private and government colleges of Bihar under the State Quota are 1125 and 243 respectively.
NEET Cutoff for Bihar MBBS – All India Quota (15% seats)
DGHS (Directorate General of Health Services) on behalf of MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) will be releasing cutoffs for the All India Quota (AIQ) seats (15%). There are as many as 174 AIQ seats available in government and private medical colleges of Bihar through NEET 2020. Also, there are 38 seats available for the candidates seeking admission in dental colleges of Bihar under the All India Quota.
