New Delhi, 20 April 2022: The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has released the date for the Combined Competitive (CCE) Prelims. The exam will be conducted on 26 June for more than 200 vacancies. Those who are interested in appearing for the JKSPC CCE exam are required to register at JKPSC’s official website. The registration link will be made available from 25 April 2022 onwards.
Note: The Jammu and Kashmir Public Commission was formed 63 years years ago and its main focus is to select candidates for state civil services.

- JKPSC CCE Prelims will be conducted for all applicants on 26 June 2022.
- Those candidates who clear the prelims exam will be called for the main exam, which will be conducted on 28 October 2022.
- A total of 240 candidates will be recruited by clearing the JKPSC Civil Service Exam.

JKPSC CCE 2022: Stages of Selection
The selection will be done in three phases:
- JKPSC CCE Prelims Exam
- JKPSC CCE Mains Exam

JKPSC CCE 2022: Exam Pattern
The preliminary examination comprises two exams consisting of objective-based questions. The students are required to clear the preliminary examination to appear for the main exam. The marks obtained in the preliminary examination are considered for short-listing candidates who can appear in the JKPSC mains examination.

- The maximum marks for the preliminary examination are 450.
- Each exam will have a duration of 2 hours.
- The question papers will be in English.
- The syllabus for the optional subjects are of degree level.
