DU Reopening – UG Classes From November 22, PG From December 1

New Delhi, 10 November, 2021: The University of Delhi (DU) is all set to begin classes for the new batch of undergraduate students from November 22, 2021. For postgraduate students, the classes will begin from December 1, 2021. It is not clear whether the classes will be held in physical mode yet. Currently, most of the classes are being held in online mode and the laboratory classes for final year students (both undergraduate and postgraduate) are allowed on campus with COVID-19 protocols.

DU Reopening: UG Courses

According to the official academic calendar released by the university, preparatory breaks and practical exams will be held from March 11 to March 20, 2022 for the new batch of undergraduate students. For even-semester students, the preparatory breaks will be from July 26 to August 4, 2022. The exams will be held from March 21 to April 4 for the new batch and August 5 to August 22, 2022 for the even semester of undergraduate courses.

DU Reopening: PG Courses

For postgraduate courses, the classes will begin from December 1, 2021 for the first batch and April 16, 2022 for even semesters as per the official academic calendar. The preparatory breaks and practical exams will be held from March 20 to 29, 2022 for the first batch and August 2 to 11, 2022 for even-semester students. The new academic session is scheduled to begin on August 26, 2022. Students will have summer breaks between April 13 and 15, 2022.
