RRB NTPC 7th Phase Exam Date Released; Admit Cards to Release Four Days Before Exam

New Delhi, 2 July 2021 – RRB NTPC 7th Phase exam 2021 for the prelims stage will begin from 23rd July 2021. Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has made this announcement on 1st July 2021, stating that this computer-based exam will be conducted over 4 consecutive days. According to the schedule released by the railway board, RRB NTPC phase 7 exams will be conducted on 23rd, 24th, 26th, and 31st July 2021.

RRB NTPC 7th Phase Exam 2021 – What Happened Earlier?

Initially, the Railway Recruitment Board conducted the RRB NTPC 6th phase exam 2021 from 1st April 2021 till 8th April 2021. It was then being considered that the 7th phase exam would take place sometime around May 2021. However, amid the growing number of COVID-19 cases, RRB decided to postpone the RRB NTPC 7th phase examination and conduct it as and when the pandemic situation comes under control.

RRB NTPC 7th Phase Exam 2021 – What Now?

  • Exam notification to be available 10 days before the exam – As per the announcement made by the RRB Chairman on his Twitter handle, the link to check the important exam notifications like exam city, date, and downloading of free travelling authority for SC/ST candidates, will be made available to the candidates ten days before the exam.

  • The exam authorities have also mentioned in the notice that the links to download the Free Travelling Authority for the scheduled caste and scheduled tribe categories candidates will be made available on all RRB websites at least ten days before the RRB NTPC exam 2021.

RRB NTPC 7th Phase Exam โ€“ COVID-19 Instructions

To avoid the transmission of COVID-19 and maintain social distancing, RRB shall strictly follow the COVID-19 guidelines and has made it mandatory for the candidates to follow the same. RRB has announced that “The (RRB NTPC) exam will be held by observing all instructions/guidelines related to COVID-19.”ย

Candidates must check out these general COVID-19 related guidelines and follow them at all the RRB NTPC exam centres:

  • Candidates must wear masks and gloves at the exam centre.
  • They should carry a bottle of hand sanitizer, transparent water bottle, and pen along with the admit card and original photo ID card.
  • Social distancing would be maintained strictly at the exam centres. Candidates have to maintain at least 6 feet or a 2-metre distance from other candidates.
  • All candidates will be checked for temperature with thermo guns at the entry point.
  • The candidates have to wear the mask except at the time of capturing the photograph.ย 
  • If any of the candidates are found without masks, they would not be allowed to appear for the RRB NTPC 2021 exam.

As per the current report, around 2.78 lakh candidates will appear in the last phase of the RRB NTPC 2021 exam. Downloading of e-call letters will begin 4 days before the final 7th phase exam date. The candidates must remember that they would not be permitted to carry with them any of the electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, pager, bluetooth-enabled devices, metallic wears, belts, bangles, bracelets, etc inside the examination hall.
