Gujarat Recruitment 2022 – Apply Now for 2600 Assistant Teacher Jobs

New Delhi, 17 October 2022, Gujarat Recruitment 2022: The Gujarat State Primary Education Selection Committee (GSPESC) has released the recruitment notification for 2600 Assistant Teacher posts. As per the notification, out of the 2600 vacancies, 1000 posts will be filled for Classes 1 to 5, and 1600 posts will be filled for Classes 6 to 10.

The last date to apply for the Assistant Teacher posts of Primary Teacher (Classes 1 to 5) is 22 October 2022.

Gujarat Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility

• Candidates must be citizens of India.
• Candidates applying for the exam must be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates applying for Ghat posts (Primary level) must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 45% marks and possess a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
• Candidates applying for General posts (Secondary level) must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 45% marks and hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree with a minimum of 50% marks.

Gujarat Recruitment 2022 – Application Fee

• The application fee for the Assistant Teacher post is INR 350 for the General category.
• Candidates who fall under the category of Scheduled Castes (SC), and Scheduled Tribes (ST) categories will have to pay INR 250 as the application fee.

Gujarat Recruitment 2022 – Salary

• The basic salary of a Gujarat primary teacher is up to INR 34,000.
• The basic salary of a Gujarat secondary teacher is up to INR 37,400.
• The salary will include a House Rent Allowance (HRA) of INR 3,400 and medical insurance of INR 500.
