New Delhi, 22 July 2022 – The Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT-K) will be organising the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering 2023 exam (GATE 2023 exam) in February next year. The exam will be held on 4, 5, 11, and 12 February 2023. The application process for the GATE exam will begin from September 2022 onwards and candidates can apply by visiting the official website of the exam – gate.iitk.ac.in.

GATE 2023 Exam Details
- GATE 2023 will be conducted in the computer-based test (CBT) mode.
- It will be held in a total of twenty-nine subject areas.
- Each candidate will have a choice of selecting two papers in some subjects.
- The examination will test the candidates on their comprehensive understanding of various undergraduate subjects in engineering, sciences, humanities and social sciences.

Who Can Apply for GATE 2023 Exam?
Candidates who are currently studying in the 3rd or higher years of any undergraduate degree program or who have completed any government degree in one of the following domains are eligible to apply – Engineering, Technology, Sciences, Architecture, Commerce, and Arts.
There is no upper age limit to apply for GATE 2023. Indian nationals, foreigners, and NRIs can all apply.
