CUET 2022 Registration Deadline Extended, Apply Till 22 May

New Delhi, 6th May 2022: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the application deadline for the Common University Entrance Test 2022 (CUET 2022) till May 22. Candidates who have not yet registered can apply on cuet.samarth.ac.in. 

The CUET 2022 (UG) exam will be conducted in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) format with objective type multiple choice questions in the first and second weeks of July. NTA will conduct the entrance exam in 13 languages: Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Urdu, Assamese, Bengali, Punjabi, Odia, and English. 

The application fee to register for the exam is Rs. 650 for the General or Un-Reserved category, Rs. 600 for the General/Economically Weaker Section/Other Backward Class Non Creamy Layer, and Rs. 550 for the Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe /Person with Benchmark Disability/third gender.

Note: All questions in the various testing domains will be based on Class XII syllabus.

  2. Click on the ‘Register’ button and fill the form.
  3. Upload all documents, pay the fees, and submit the application.
  4. Download the form and take a printout for future reference.

CUET 2022 – Documents Needed to Apply Online

  1. Class 10 and Class 12 Marksheets
  2. Migration Certificate (if applicable)
  3. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  4. Scanned images of the latest passport size photograph and signature(s)
  5. A valid government ID proof like PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, etc.
